Add the action verb word "GO" in front of "PROCLAIM" and you have the name I believe the Lord gave me for our ministry many years ago "GO PROCLAIM Ministries".
I believe my call is to GO. Not sit still, not let someone else do it, but to obey the Lord as He tells me to "GO".
As I GO, I believe in my going I am to "PROCLAIM" (which includes preaching and teaching) the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Mark 16:15 "GO into all the world and preach [Gk. Karusso - PROCLAIM] the Gospel..."
Matthew 10:7 "As you GO preach [Gk. Karusso - PROCLAIM] saying the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.
Luke 4:18 "...to PROCLAIM liberty to the captives..."
Closing passage:
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me,
Because He has anointed Me
To preach [the word we use to mean evangelize] the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim [Gk. karusso] liberty to the captives
And recovery of sight to the blind,

In the Greek New Testament the word for "proclaim" is "karusso" most commonly translated "preach".
It is used over 60 times in the New Testament, but it is the same word translated in KJV as "proclaim"
in Mark 16:15, Matthew 10:7 and Luke 4:18.
The fuller meaning of this word "proclaim" is:
1. To herald.
2. Always with the suggestion of formality, gravity and an authority which must be listened to and obeyed.
3. To publish, proclaim openly: something which has been done.
4. Often [though not always] urging acceptance of the message, with warnings of consequences for not doing so.
It can mean the public proclamation to the non-Christian world as well as for the oral address to the believing community
